I’d just turned 50 when I realised it was time to take more care of myself. I had a high pressure job that involved lots of travel (and a poor diet) and didn’t exercise well at all. I was overweight and tired and as a father of two young children, I couldn’t keep up.

Something had to change.

The change came with the help of Valentino at Invicta Performance. He took my twin goals of weight loss and strength building and quickly came up with a targeted training and nutrition plan that took into account my busy lifestyle.

Everything was highly personalised to suit me, and Valentino got to grips with how to motivate and reassure me.

A few years later, I’m healthy, more confident, lighter, stronger and my clothes fit me better. I have lost in excess of 15kg and kept the weight off (well, mostly). Exercise and healthy eating are now part of my everyday life, thanks to Valentino and Invicta Performance.
