Fitness changed my life in ways I never expected. I grew up overweight, weighing more than 120 kilograms at my heaviest. My days revolved around video games, late nights and takeaways, unaware that I was slowly losing confidence in myself. At eighteen, I decided something had to change. That decision became the start of everything.
What began as a simple goal to lose weight turned into a lifelong pursuit of self-improvement. Strength training taught me structure and resilience, but it also taught me humility. Progress was never linear. I pushed too hard, dieted too strictly and burnt out more than once. It was only when I learned to slow down and build sustainable habits that true change began to last.
Along the way, I met coaches who changed how I saw fitness. They guided me through setbacks, educated me and helped me find balance between performance and wellbeing. Their influence became the reason I wanted to coach. I realised that great coaching is not about perfection; it is about meeting people where they are and helping them move forward with patience and purpose.
Before I became a coach, I studied finance. It was a stable path but not one that fulfilled me. I made the switch to sports science and never looked back. Since stepping into coaching in 2023, I have grown not only as a trainer but also as a person. Every client I meet reminds me why I chose this path, to help others experience the same strength and confidence that changed my life.
Outside of coaching, I still have a soft spot for gaming. What used to be hours spent levelling up digital characters has turned into a philosophy for life. The same mindset of consistency, patience and optimisation now shapes how I train and coach. Every session is about small, measurable progress, because the details matter and the process always counts.
Fitness is not an overnight transformation; it is a journey built on discipline, trust and steady improvement. My goal is to help you find strength that lasts, confidence that grows and results that feel sustainable. Every step forward is a win, and together, we will make those wins add up.
