As a coach at Invicta Performance, I help busy professionals build strength, confidence and balance through structured, sustainable training. My approach goes beyond workouts; it is about helping you feel empowered, capable and in control of your life again.
Fitness was not always part of my world. I grew up immersed in the arts, from ballet to playing in a Chinese orchestra. When I discovered yoga, then strength training, I realised how powerful it felt to see my body grow stronger. Lifting weights became more than physical progress; it rebuilt my confidence and self-belief.
Before coaching, I worked as a social media manager in a fast-paced agency, so I understand the challenge of managing health amid demanding schedules. That experience shaped my philosophy that fitness should fit into your life, not take it over.
Over the past five years, I have helped clients of all backgrounds find their rhythm, improving strength, body composition and energy levels through Invicta’s holistic approach. As a female coach, I am particularly passionate about helping women break self-doubt and unlock confidence through strength.
Outside the gym, I am passionate about travel and living actively. I teach clients how to stay consistent even when life gets busy or unpredictable, because fitness should never hold you back. It should give you the freedom to live more fully.
Strength, to me, is more than muscle. It is resilience, balance and confidence, and these are the qualities I strive to build in every Invicta client.
